Question 1

Can you supply and install the rack?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle design, supply and installation with experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. The rack is anchored to the floor, aligned and labeled with capacities for the finished layout. We agree on cleared work zones and access with your team before installation.

Question 2

How much does pallet rack cost?

Accepted Answer

Price depends on pallet positions, rack height, beam capacity, decking, freight and installation. Send your pallet size, heaviest load per level, clear height and building size for a free CAD layout and itemized quote. We separate the material and installation scope so you can compare layouts before buying new rack.

Question 3

How many pallet positions fit in my warehouse?

Accepted Answer

The count depends on clear height, aisle width and your forklift. Our free CAD layout gives you the exact pallet position count for the agreed layout before you buy. Send building dimensions, pallet sizes and truck specifications so the drawing reflects positions your team can actually reach.

Question 4

Can new rack connect to the rack I already have?

Accepted Answer

Usually, if the connection matches and the configuration has the required capacity. “Teardrop” is not universal across manufacturers. Send a photo of the upright face, beam connector and any label so we can match new components to the existing system.

Question 5

How wide should my forklift aisles be?

Accepted Answer

Aisle width is set by the lift truck and its load, not by the rack alone. Counterbalance trucks commonly need about 12–13 ft, reach trucks about 8–10 ft, and very-narrow-aisle equipment about 5–6 ft. Confirm the working clearance with your actual truck specifications. Aisle width has a major effect on storage density, so we compare it in the CAD layout.
